2026 National Outdoor Recreation Conference

Thank you for your interest in registering for the 2026 National Outdoor Recreation Conference. We are excited to be in Duluth, Minnesota May 11 - 14, 2026.

Registration opens for SORP members January 26 and non-members March 1 (subject to change).

By registering for 2026 NORC, I confirm that I have read, understand, and consent to the terms of this agreement:

I voluntarily agree to participate in the 2026 National Outdoor Recreation Conference sponsored by the Society of Outdoor Recreation Professionals on May 11-14,2026. I recognize that the Society of Outdoor Recreation Professionals has not undertaken any duty or responsibility for my safety and I agree to assume the full responsibility for all risk of bodily injury, death, disability, and property damage as a result of participating in the 2026 National Outdoor Recreation Conference. I hereby state that I understand the risks involved in participating in the 2026 National Outdoor Recreation Conference and willingly and voluntarily accept these risks. I hereby surrender any right to seek reimbursement from the Society of Outdoor Recreation Professionals and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers and other agents for injury sustained and liability incurred during my participation in the activity described above. I warrant that I am not relying on any oral representations, statements or inducement apart from the statements made on this form.
The Society of Outdoor Recreation Professionals is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable conference experience for all participants. As a 2026 NORC participant, I understand that I am expected to show respect for everyone attending the conference, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, ability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, and/or religion (or lack thereof).
Registration and attendance at 2026 NORC constitutes an agreement by the participant for use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the participant’s image or voice in photographs, videos and electronic reproductions of such events and activities by the Society of Outdoor Recreation Professionals.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for registration, workshops, and pre-reserved functions and activities must be requested via email up to 14 days in advance of the conference start date, May 11, 2026. All written cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. No refunds are given within 14 days of the conference start date.
I consent to the sharing of my full name and email address with conference participants. If I wish to opt out, I may do so by emailing rebecca.maguire@recpro.org with a copy of my registration.
